I was wondering if any one else has had window problems? My drivers window has already broke and had to have the window regulator replaced. And now the driver side rear window is making a grinding noise while rolling up at the last 4 or 5 inches. One more damn problem to add to the list.

So anyone else have window issues?

No not me, but I think a few other members on this forum have had some problems with the automatic windows. Not sure though...

Just new to the forums but I have also had problems with my '07 Nitro. I've had it for 2 months now and both of my rear windows were making the grinding noise when giong up. Took it to the dealership and found out that both regulators would need to be replaced. If this was the only problem I was having I would be happy

I have a 2008 and while it’s older now, both my rear windows actuator broke. Grinding noise etc. Had one fixed, and it broke again as I rolled down the window. So pissed

So was the actual window broke in the inside of the rear door. My window in the rear drivers on my 08 is doing the same thing will not roll up all the way and a grinding noise thought my mother hit my car from the inside with something.

Sounds like a stripped gear.
