I am really starting to wonder what the person/people that put together my car were smoking?! This morning we found two good sized pieces of wood wedged between the little and main radiators. Hubby can't figure out how they would have gotten there after parts were added and looks like parts will have to be removed before they can be taken out.

We have done no off road driving and neither of us has run over wood that would done something like this.

He ran to the parts store because we are low on steering fluid (this early in mileage?) and when he gets back I will get pics of the wood.

The wedgies and power steering will be added to the dealer list. :shakehead:

It almost looks like the wood was put there as a temporary shim while assembling the radiator cores but they forgot to remove it. Maybe your Nitro was re-worked at the end of the line, or after delivery.

Ask your dealer to run the prodution codes from order entry to delivery. This should be in history and you are entititled to see this info.
