Would the cloth (YES fabric) seats still have seat heaters?

If you order your Nitro that way, yes. As I recall, seat heaters in fabric seats are a dealer install item.
I had an upholstery shop install seat heaters in my Nitro & they work great.
We had the dealer install seat heaters in my wife's Pacifica (cloth interior) & they work awesome too.
