Hello all! Recently became the owner of a 2011 Nitro and it's overheating mainly when in idle. Looked under the hood and it seems I don't have a clutch fan (empty space) between radiator fan and engine...also not sure if my radiator fan actually comes on yet 🤔 anybody know exactly which clutch fan goes with it? I've been on the rock auto website and the options are a bit confusing for a newbie 😅(severe duty, standard duty, blades etc). I also live in tropical climate aka mainly summer year-round and i know that plays a factor in which type to get, so any help/suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Hey sorry I'm just seeing this....from what I can tell, it was up from half but when checking/running the ac it goes up a Lil higher than that. Only drove it home after purchasing and went around the corner after having someone check it at idle, so as soon as i saw the temp creeping past 1/2 i went home n turned it off cuz i didnt want to add any extra damage to anything. Clutch fan is missing and radiator fan doesn't seem to be coming on either. Found an old clutch fan at a scrap yard recently, so waiting to see if that will fit. If not I'll just try to order another one if the mechanic recommends it. Also, it's not my daily runner car yet until I get it up to my standard aka not overheating lol Thanks for replying!
