Welcome to the forum @mr.nobody. When you have a chance, head over to the Newbie Section (<click this) and say "Hi".
Tell us a little about yourself and your ride.
That way we can welcome you all proper like.

P0007 = Fuel shut-off valve - circuit high. Possible causes; Wiring short to positive, fuel shut-off valve.
I can not find this listed in my service manuals for the Nitro. Are you sure of the code #?

We need more info. What engine do you have?

this is what i found
P0007 Tech Notes
The P0007 is an OBDII generic code, but almost none of the vehicle manufacturers use it. If you are getting this code, make sure you are using the correct OBDII code scanner for your vehicle's make and model.

P0007 as noted above is a generic value but what it could be + other things not listed.
  • Possible damage to the valve’s connector
  • A broken wire going to the ECM
  • A defective fuel shutoff valve
  • The ECM is damaged internally
it is not a 100% accurate assessment as it is generic code but look for damage to the list as a start..
